Most clients book 3–5 days ahead. For weekends, luxury projects, or twilight shoots, a week's notice is safer. Same-week slots are sometimes available — just ask on WhatsApp.
Standard delivery is 48 hours from the end of the shoot. Rush 24-hour edits are available for Premium packages and selected add-ons.
Depending on the package, you receive a cinematic property film, social-media reels, high-resolution still photos, drone/aerial footage, and floor plans or 3D tour assets. Every project includes colour-graded edits delivered in web-ready formats.
Pricing depends on property size, location, and deliverables. Apartment packages typically start lower than villa or commercial projects. Message us the address and what you need — we'll reply with a clear quote the same day.
Yes, drone coverage is included in the Professional and Premium packages, and available as an add-on for Essential. We follow local Mumbai regulations and only fly where it is safe and permitted.
We shoot across Mumbai including Bandra, Worli, Powai, South Mumbai, Thane, Dadar, BKC, Juhu, Andheri, Goregaon, and Malad. Travel beyond Mumbai is available on request for larger projects.
Make sure the property is clean, staged, and well-lit. Turn on all lights, open curtains, and remove personal clutter. If a resident or tenant is present, brief them on timing. We send a short pre-shoot checklist after booking.
You receive a full commercial licence to use the delivered photos, films, and reels for marketing, listings, and social media. We keep the right to display them in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Raw footage and project files are not included by default. They can be arranged for an additional fee if your post-production team needs them. Delivered edits are ready to use online and in print.
Yes. We work with developers, architects, interior designers, and commercial landlords on launches, show flats, offices, retail spaces, and hospitality projects. Contact us for a custom package.
