This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or submit a shoot enquiry, how we use it, and what choices you have. We do not store enquiries in a database; every form builds a WhatsApp message that you send from your own device.

1. Information we collect

When you use the contact form, “Request a shoot” form, or “Notify me” signup, we ask for:

Your name and phone / WhatsApp number.
Your email address, if you choose to provide one.
Property location, type, service needed, timeline, and any notes.
File names and sizes of floor plans or reference images you select.

We do not upload files to our servers. Selected files remain on your device and are attached by you inside WhatsApp when you send the pre-filled message.

2. How we use your information

We use the details you share only to:

Reply to your shoot enquiry or quote request.
Contact you about scheduling, pricing, or deliverables.
Send a single notification when portfolio showreels are uploaded, if you asked for it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

3. WhatsApp and email consent

Before you can submit any form, you must tick a consent checkbox confirming that you agree to be contacted via WhatsApp or email. This consent is recorded in the WhatsApp message you send, so a clear record exists on both sides. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or emailing us at yashraj@ghartalkies.com.

4. reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA v2 on our forms to protect against spam and abuse. When you interact with the reCAPTCHA checkbox, Google may collect browser and device information (including cookies, IP address, and interaction data) subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Uploaded images and reference files

If you choose to attach floor plans or reference images, those files never leave your device through our website. The form lists the file names and sizes in the WhatsApp message, then you attach the actual files in the WhatsApp chat yourself. Once we receive them, we use them only to prepare your quote and plan the shoot, then store them as part of our project records.

6. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with the site. This data is aggregated and anonymous. You can opt out through your browser's do-not-track settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on.

7. Cookies and local storage

We do not use non-essential cookies. Any local storage is limited to technical data required for the site to function, such as service-worker cache state for offline access.

8. Data retention

Because enquiries are sent through WhatsApp, retention follows WhatsApp's policies on your device and ours. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up project work.

Ask us to correct or delete your contact details.
Withdraw consent for future WhatsApp or email contact.
