1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Ghar Talkies website ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What we do
Ghar Talkies provides real estate media production services in Mumbai, including cinematic property films, photography, drone/aerial footage, Instagram reels, floor plans, and related marketing content.
3. Enquiries and bookings
Contact forms on this site generate a pre-filled WhatsApp message using the information you provide. Submitting a form does not guarantee availability or create a binding contract. A shoot is only confirmed once we agree on the date, deliverables, and payment terms in writing (email or WhatsApp).
4. Payments and cancellations
A deposit may be required to reserve your shoot date. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the confirmed shoot time may forfeit the deposit. Final deliverables are released after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Deliverables and usage rights
Once delivered, you receive a commercial licence to use the photos, films, and reels for marketing, listings, and social media. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing. Raw footage, project files, and unedited material are not included unless specifically agreed.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and code — is owned by Ghar Talkies or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without prior written consent.
7. Third-party services
We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms and may use analytics tools to understand site usage. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. WhatsApp messaging is handled by Meta Platforms; we do not store your messages on our servers.
8. Limitation of liability
Ghar Talkies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
